Last semester I was a TA at my college and I helped several students come to a better understanding of the material and subsequently improve their grades. Despite the long hours and the difficulty of finding time in both of our schedules I was always rewarded by the joy that came over the student's face when he or she finally made a breakthrough. I've studied French in the NY public school system since 7th grade, and have taken upper intermediate and advance French courses in college. I am currently spending the Spring 2012 semester in Paris and am set to return to NY by June. I have always performed well in English, Humanities, and Social Sciences and have received high marks on my AP tests.
